Drilling and marching in Pathfinders can be real fun! The point of the drill and march is really just that but there is more. It aids in discipline and those students who find getting along with other students in the group difficult it eases this transition to camaraderie, friendship and team work making one more aware of others in the group as you march rank and file.The North England Conference Basic Drill and March Workbook is part of the theory written paper of the compulsory Drill and March the teen Pathfinder will take and it is here for any one wanting to take this Pathfinder Honour.
